Ingredients

  • 400g - Tuver dal/तुवर दाल
  • 900g - Water/पानी (use more if cooking in pot)
  • 40g - Groundnuts/मूंगफली
For tempering dal
  • 135g - Oil/तेल
  • 4piece - Dry red chilly/सूखी लाल मिर्च
  • 2piece - Bay leaf/तेज पत्ता
  • 4piece - Clove/लौंग
  • 4piece - Cinnamon/दालचीनी
  • 4piece - Badia/बादिया
  • 20g - Chilly paste/मिर्च का पेस्ट
  • 10g - Ginger paste/अदरक का पेस्ट
  • 280g - Tomato/टमाटर
  • 95g - Dal masala/दाल मसाला
  • 25g - Lemon juice/नींबू का रस
  • 2kg - Water/पानी
