  • 750g - Wheat flour/गेहूं का आटा
  • 425g - Bhakhri flour/भाखरी का आटा
  • 325g - Gram flour/बेसन
  • 15g - Cumin seed/जीरा
  • 45g - Salt/नमक
  • 225g - Oil/तेल
  • 2g - Soda/सोडा
  • 750g - Milk/दूध (approx)

  • 1.125kg - Bhakhri flour/भाखरी का आटा
  • 375g - Gram flour/बेसन
  • 40g - Cumin seed/जीरा
  • 45g - Salt/नमक
  • 225g - Oil/तेल

  • 850g - Water/पानी (approx)
