Ingredients

  • 400g - Tuver dal/तुवर दाल
  • 900g - Water/पानी use more if cooking in pot
  • 40g - Groundnuts/मूंगफली
For tempering dal
  • 135g - Oil/तेल
  • g Mustard seed/राई
  • g Cumin seed/जीरा
  • g Chilly paste/मिर्च का पेस्ट
  • g Ginger paste/अदरक का पेस्ट
  • 280g - Tomato/टमाटर
  • 95g - Dal masala/दाल मसाला
  • 25g - Lemon juice/नींबू का रस
  • 2kg - Water/पानी
