Ingredients

  • 2ltr – Milk
  • 1500g – Custard apple sieved (20-22 pic medium size)
  • 200g – Sugar
  • 5g – Cardamom powder
  • 5g – Nutmeg (2 pics)
OPTIONAL
  • 0.5g – Safron

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Custard Apple Juice.
  2. Keep milk to boil.
  3. Add saffron & sugar.
  4. Boil 5-10 min in medium flame.
  5. Keep milk aside to cool down.
  6. Take out custard apple seed as shown in the photo.
  7. Take all custard apple seed.
  8. Take sifter with big holes.
  9. Sieve & separate the seeds.
  10. Take out from sifter & separate it properly.
  11. Then add all ingredients in milk.
  12. Serve cool.
