Ingredients

  • 1kg – Adad no lot
  • 200g – Ghee
  • 200g – Milk
  • 500g – Ghee
  • 1kg – Sugar
  • 380g – Water (Burn 30g)
  • 150g – Gund
  • 25g – Toparu (sali)
  • 25g – Ginger powder
  • 20g – Badiya
  • 1pic – Jaifal
  • 5g – Khas khas
NOTE : –
  1. In monsoon(moisture) season burn 40g water & 30g in summer & winter.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Adadiya.
