- 500g – Rice
- 2500g – Water
- 15g – Salt
- 20g – Oil
- Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Rice.
- Wash the rice thrice.
- Take another pan & keep water for boiling.
- Then add all ingredients.
- After 15-20 min check whether it is cooked or not.
- Take out the rice into a strainer.
- You can use rice water in dal, it is good for health.
- Serve hot.
