  • 1kg - Chana no karkaro lot/चना का करारा आटा
  • 150g - Ghee/घी (मोण)
  • 335g - Milk/दूध (or as required)
  • 400g - Ghee/घी (for frying)
  • 1piece - Nutmeg/जायफल
  • 30g - Almond/बादाम
  • 30g - Cashew Nuts/काजू
  • 30g - Raisin/किशमिश
  • 1pinch - Yellow colour (optional)

  • 1kg - Sugar/चीनी
  • 200g - Water/पानी (burn 40g)

  • 750g - Sugar/चीनी
  • 160g - Water/पानी (burn 40g)
