  • 1kg – Amla
  • 50g – Salt
  • 75g – Chilly powder
  • 550g – Jaggery
  • 40g – Turmeric powder
  • 50g – Mustard powder
  • 75g – Sauf
  • 50g – Vinegar
  • 100g – Chilly paste
  • 50g – Ginger paste
  • 200g – Oil

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Amla pickle.
