- 500g – Wheat flour bhajiya ka atta
- 600g – Vegetables
- – Water or as required
- Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Wheat Flour Bhajiya.
- Mix all ingredients and mix well. At side keep oil for fry.
- Now drop the bhajiya mixture, making balls into hot oil.
- Fry till light golden & crisp.
- Serve hot.
