- 500g – Ajwain leaves
- Bhajiya ka atta
- Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Turai Bhajiya.
- Mix bhajiya ka atta & water and mix well. At side keep oil for fry.
- Cover turai chips properly with mixture.
- Then keep that leaves in hot oil to fry.
- Fry till light golden crisp.
- Serve hot.
