  • 400g – Bhajiya ka atta
  • 25g – Chilly paste
  • 500g – Grated dhudhi


  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Dhudhi Ka Bhajiya.
  2. Mix all ingredients. At side keep oil for fry.
  3. Now drop the bhajiya mixture, making balls into hot oil.
  4. Fry till it crisp & golden.
  5. Serve hot.
