  • 500g – Ajwain leaves
  • Bhajiya ka atta
  • Water


  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Aloo Bhajiya.
  2. Mix bhajiya ka atta & water and mix well. At side keep oil for fry.
  3. Cover aloo chips properly with mixture.
  4. Then keep that chips in hot oil to fry.
  5. Fry till light golden crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
