Ingredients
- 1kg – Wheat flour
- 30g – Salt
- 30g – Seasame seed (tal)
- 30g – Sugar
- 10g – Turmeric powder
- 15g – Chilly powder
- 150g – Oil
- 10g – Garam masala
- 15g – Kasoori methi
- Water
Procedure
- Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Thepla.
- Mix all ingredients except water.
- Mix water.
- Make smooth dough.
- Make balls (not shown all).
- Roll on rolling plate.
- Fry thrice with some oil.
- Serve hot.
