Dum Rice

Ingredients

  • 500g – Rice
  • 1,250g – Water
  • 10g – Salt
  • 15g – Oil
NOTE : –
  1. After cooked rice keeps it for 15-20 min.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Dum Rice.

  2. Wash the rice thrice.
  3. Use a smaller flame.
  4. Take another bowl & keep water for boiling.
  5. Then add all ingredients.
  6. Cover plate & fill water.
  7. After 5-10 min check whether it is cooked or not.
  8. Serve hot.
