Ingredients

  • 1280g – Maida
  • 220g – Semolina
  • 50g – Sugar
  • 20g – Salt
  • 250g – Oil
  • 250g – Curd
  • 3g – Baking soda
  • 5g – Eno (1 packet)
  • 450g – Water
NOTE : –
  1. You should take care of frying oil should touch both sides equally while frying bhatura.
  2. Keep dough little bit tight after half an hour it will loose as you required.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the  Bhatura.
  2. Add all ingredients except water.
  3. Then add water.
  4. Make a smooth dough. Keep dough like roti’s dough.
  5. Cover with a plate. Keep it for 30-40 min.
  6. Take 1 part of dough spread oil both side.
  7. Roll equally as given in photo. You can keep as per your choice thick or thin.
  8. Fry in oil Kadai.
  9. Both side properly.
  10. Serve hot.
