  • 60g – Salt
  • 6g – Turmeric powder
  • 100g – Sugar
  • 10g – Dhania powde
  • 15g – Mustard seed
  • 15g – Sesame seed
  • 100g – Oil
  • 8g – Soda
  • 1200g – Dhudhi
  • 50g – Chilly paste
  • 25g – Ginger paste
  • 20g – lemon 1 big size
FOR TEMPERING Bajra na muthiya
  • 20g – Mustard seed
  • 20g – Sesame seed
  • 80g – Oil
  • 6g – Turmeric powder
  • 5g – Salt
  • 10g – Sugar
