  • 35g - Salt/नमक
  • 35g - Sugar powder/चीनी पाउडर
  • 5g - Turmeric powder/हल्दी पाउडर
  • 6g - Chilly powder/मिर्च पाउडर
  • 10g - Dhania-Jeera powder/धानिया-जीरा पाउडर

Instructions

1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Dal Masala.
१. दाल मसाला के लिए सभी सामग्री को मापें और तैयार रखें।
2. Add all ingredients in a bowl.
२. एक कटोरे में सभी सामग्री मिश्रण करे।
3. Seive it.
३. इसे छलनी करें।
4. Store in an airtight jar.
४. एक एयरटाइट जार में स्टोर करें।
