Ingredients

  • 25g – Giloy
  • 10g – Ginger
  • 3g – Black pepper
  • 5g – Tulsi
  • 5g – Turmeric powder
  • 35g – Jaggery
  • 1350g – Water
  • 1twig of Neem tree

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Ukalo.
  2. Soak giloy & Mari overnight.
  3. Wash it twice in the morning.
  4. Seive it.
  5. Then grind it (use measured water).
  6. Then add tulsi.
  7. Grind properly.
  8. Add in water & keep it on gas.
  9. Add jaggery.
  10. Add turmeric powder.
  11. Then add neem leaves.
  12. Cover half tapela with the plate.
  13. Boil 1/4 part of water.
  14. Then sieve it.
  15. Serve warm.
