Ingredients

  • 500g – Maida
  • 500g – Sugar
  • 500g – Curd
  • 200g – Oil
  • 12g – Baking powder
  • 8g – Soda
cream
  • 250g – Sugar
  • 250g – Ghee

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Cake.
  2. Seive & add flour, sugar in bowl.
  3. Then add oil & curd slowly-slowly.
  4. Add baking powder & soda .
  5. Mix well.
  6. Keep ready tray for cake.
  7. Add batter in tray.
  8. Keep tray in oven with top temp & bottom temp.
  9. Check whether it is cooked or not.
  10. Add cream (optional).
  11. Cut into pieces
  12. Serve.
