  1. 1kg – All-purpose flour (maida)
  2. 60g – dry yeast
  3. 100g – Sugar
  4. 20g – Salt
  5. 50g – Ghee
  6. 100g – Oil
  7. 500g – Milk
  8. 250g – Warm milk


  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Pav.
  2. Take all dry ingredients on a platform as shown in the photo.
  3. Add warm milk & ghee then mix well.
  4. Add milk gradually.
  5. knead to make a smooth dough.
  6. Spread oil all over the dough.
  7. Cover the bowl. Keep it for 15-20 min.
  8. Take bowl it will be double.
  9. Make 30-35 equally balls, keep in the tray. Then brush the pav with oil.
  10. Cover with cloth for 20-25 min.
  11. Pre-heat the oven at the temperature shown in the photo. Then keep the tray in the oven.
  12. After 25-30 min check it is cooked or not it should be a light red colour.
  13. Take out & brush the oil on the top of the pav to keep it smooth.
  14. After it cool keep upside down on paper.
  15. Serve or store it in airtight plastic.
