Ingredients
- 300g – Ghee
- 300g – Sugar powder
- 10g – Cardamom powder
- 500g – Farali flour
- 15g – Milk
Procedure
- Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Farali biscuit.
- Beat ghee & sugar powder for 10 min.
- Then add all ingredients and mix well.
- At side start oven TT – 160°c & BT – 180°c
- Roll on plastic paper about 3-4 mm.
- Cut into piece & arrange in baking tray & keep it in oven.
- Bake for 25-30 min.
- Serve or store in air tight jar.
