Ingredients

Stuffing
  • 150g – Beans
  • 200g – Capsicum
  • 250g – Carrot
  • 150g – Cabbage
  • 375g – Potato
  • 375g – Paneer
  • 35g – Salt
  • 70g – Sugar
  • 2g – Turmeric powder
  • 8g – Chilly powder
  • 10g – Dhania powder
  • 40g – Kitchen king masala
  • 60g – Oil
  • 55g – Chilly paste
  • 20g – Ginger paste
  • Coriander for garnishing
pav
  • 1kg – All purpose flour (maida)
  • 60g – Dry yeast
  • 100g – Sugar
  • 20g – Salt
  • 25g – Ghee
  • 100g – Oil
  • 430g – Milk
  • 250g – Warm milk
NOTE : –
  1. In this pav dough should be little tight compare to normal pav.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Stuffed Pav.
