Badam Pak

  • 1kg – almonds (badam)
  • 750g – Sugar
  • 180g – Water (burn – 30g)
  • 100g – Ghee
  • 10g – Cardamom powder


  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Badam pak.
  2. Grind the almonds resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Sieve grinded badam.
  4. Cook together water and sugar to make a syrup. After cooking syrup burn 30 g water.
  5. Then add ghee & cardamom.
  6. Then add grinded almonds into syrup mix well. Keep it aside till it becomes tight not too much.
  7. Grease an aluminum tray. Pour into the greased tray and spread 2 cm evenly.
  8. Cut into pieces.
  9. Serve.
