Badam Ladoo

  • 500g – Almonds
  • 375g – Crystal sugar powder
  • 200g – Ghee
  • 1pic – Nutmeg powder
  • 5g – Cardamom powder
  • Water as required
  1. Grind almonds in a mixture like breadcrumbs.
  2. If you are unable to make ladoo then sprinkle water & make ladoo.


  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Badam Ladoo.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan/kadai, add the almond powder.
  3. Saute on medium heat, till fragrant and dark in color like brown. Off the flame.
  4. Then add crystal Sugar powder, nutmeg & cardamom mix well.
  5. Make ladoo. Use after 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve.
