Ingredients

  • 200g – Bhakhri flour
  • 50g – Oil
  • 6g – Salt
  • 1g – Turmeric powder
  • 3g – Cumin seed
  • 80g – Water or as required
    NOTE : –
  1. You can add water because at all place flour are not same.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Bhakhri.
  2. Mix well all ingredients except water.
  3. Then add water & make tight dough.
  4. Make equally 4 balls. At side start tavdi/iron tava.
  5. Take one ball & flatten the balls with the palm of your hand, then use a rolling pin to roll.
  6. Keep bhakhri on tavdi.
  7. Cook both side like this.
  8. Spread ghee.
