Ingredients

  • 200g – Grated kachha mango
  • 1000g – Water
  • 150g – Sugar
  • 10g – Salt

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Kachha mango sharbat.
  2. Grind grated kachha mango.
  3. Take that mixer in a jug & mix water, sugar and salt.
  4. Sieve in another jar with cloth/strainer.
  5. Keep in friger or add ice cubes. Serve cold.
