Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 200g – Broccoli
  • 1200g – Water
  • 500g – Milk
  • 25g – All-purpose Flour (Menda)
  • 30g – Ghee
  • 5g – Black pepper powder
  • 15g – Salt
  • 50g – Milk cream
  • 30g – Soaked badam
note : –
  • Take 1 kg water for boiling broccoli & reuse in soup.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Broccoli soup.
  2. Boil water & add soaked badam for 10-15 second and remove skin.
  3. Then add broccoli pieces boil for 2-3 min.
  4. At side grind almonds.
  5. Take out broccoli from water & grind.
  6. Mix grinded badam & broccoli paste.
  7. Heat ghee & saute all-purpose flour for 1-2 min.
  8. Add milk & wait till it boils.
  9. Add grinded badam & broccoli paste wait till it boils.
  10. Add salt & black pepper powder mix well.
  11. Add milk cream & off the flame.
  12. Serve hot.
