Ingredients

  • 500g – Murmura
  • 200g – Oil
  • 10g – Mustard seed
  • 10g – Cumin seed
  • 8g – Turmeric powder
  • 6g – Pav bhaji masala
  • 20g – Salt
  • 60g – Sugar
  • 10 Curry leaves twig

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Masala Murmura.
  2. Heat oil in deep pan/kadai.
  3. Then splutter mustard seed & cumin seed in hot oil.
  4. Then add curry leaves & saute for 1 min.
  5. Then add turmeric powder & pav bhaji masala and mix.
  6. Then add murmura, salt, sugar and mix well & off the flame.
  7. Serve hot or store in air tight jar.
