Aloo Samba Ki Roti

Ingredients

  • 100g + 15g – Samba powder
  • 200g – Potato mashed
  • 5g – Salt
  • 10g – Chilly paste
  • 15g – Oil

Note : –

  1. 15g – samba powder for rolling balls.
  2. Mix samba powder & potato mashed as roti required other wise it will transform into liquid type & you can’t make roti.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Aloo Samba ki roti.
  2. In a bowl add potato mashed, chilly paste & salt. Mix well.
  3. Then add samba powder & oil and make  smooth dough.
  4. Divide into 3 equal balls. Keep pan/iron tava on gas.
  5. Then roll ball in samba powder.
  6. Roll roti between plastic paper.
  7. Then keep roti on hot pan/iron tava.
  8. Cook roti both side properly.
  9. Remove & apply ghee.
  10. Serve hot.
