Ingredients

    • 1kg – Besan
    • 100g – Semolina
    • 60g – Salt
    • 20g – Sugar
    • 18g – Black pepper powder
    • 25g – Ajwain
    • 75g – Oil
    • 8g – Soda
    • 8g – Citric acid (limbu ka ful)
note:-
  1. You can first add oil & besan then seive then add all ingredients.

Procedure

    1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Bhajiya Ka Atta.
    2. Mix all ingredients.
    3. Seive the flour for breaking lumps.
    4. Mix remaining thing in flour.
    5. Store in airtight container for 25-30 days.
