Ragi Instant Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1kg – Ragi flour (nachni or finger millet flour)
  • 200g – Rice flour
  • 1kg – Curd (sour)
  • 1kg – Water or as required
  • 45g – Salt
  • 30g – Sugar
  • 20g – Cumin
  • 10g – Garam masala
  • 40g – Chilly & Ginger paste
  • 5g – Black pepper
  • 4g – Soda

Note:-

  1. If you want to keep batter for half an hour than add rice flour at last before 10-15 min.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Ragi Instant Dosa.
  2. Add all dry ingredients.
  3. Add curd.
  4. Add water little by little.
  5. Mix well. At side heat thick tava.
  6. After tava get hot spread oil & then spread water and clean the tava. Add dosa batter As shown in photo.
  7. Spread oil at boarder.
  8. After cooked properly change the side start with boarder.
  9. Cook second side properly.
  10. Serve hot.
