Ingredients

  • 800g – Samba powder
  • 200g – Sabudana powder
  • 400g – Fine shredded cabbage
  • 350g – Grated cabbage
  • 100g – Chilly paste
  • 50g – Ginger paste
  • 400g – Curd
  • 500g – Water
  • 40g – Salt
  • 80g – Sugar
  • 100g – Oil
  • 6g – Soda

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Farali Khaman.
  2. Then in a bowl add fine shredded cabbage, grated cabbage, chilly paste, ginger paste, curd, water.
  3. Keep it for fermentation for 7-8 hrs.
  4. Then keep a bowl for steaming the dhokla.
  5.  Then add leftout of ingredients.
  6. In a plate Spread some oil & add dhokla batter.
  7. Keep in a bowl. Steam for 15 min.
  8. Then take out & keep it side for cooling.
  9. Then cut into pieces.
  10. Serve.
