Ingredients

  • 300g – Ghee
  • 300g – Sugar powder
  • 10g – Cardamom powder
  • 500g – Farali flour
  • 15g – Milk

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Farali biscuit.
  2. Beat ghee & sugar powder for 10 min.
  3. Then add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. At side start oven TT – 160°c & BT – 180°c
  5. Roll on plastic paper about 3-4 mm.
  6. Cut into piece & arrange in baking tray & keep it in oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30 min.
  8. Serve or store in air tight jar.
