Ingredients

  1. 1kg – All purpose flour (maida)
  2. 60g – Dry yeast
  3. 100g – Sugar
  4. 20g – Salt
  5. 25g – Ghee
  6. 25g – Oil
  7. 500g – Milk
  8. 250g – Warm milk

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Pav.
  2. Take all dry ingredients on a platform as shown in photo.
  3. Add warm milk & mix well.
  4. Add ghee.
  5. Add milk gradually.
  6. knead to a smooth pliable dough.
  7. Spread oil all over the dough. 
  8. Cover the bowl. Keep it for 15-20 min.
  9. Take bowl it will be double.
  10. Make 30-35 equally balls. Keep in tray.
  11. Brush the pav with some oil.
  12. Cover with cloth for 20-25 min.
  13. Pre-heat the oven at temperature shown in photo. Then keep tray in oven.
  14. After 25-30 min check it is cooked or not it should be light red colour.
  15. Take out tray from oven.
  16. Brush the oil on the top of the pav to keep it smooth.
  17. After it cools keep upside down on paper.
  18. Serve or store it in airtight plastic.
