Ingredients

  • 1kg – Cashew nuts (Kaju)
  • 750g – Sugar
  • 200g – Water (burn – 50g)
  • 100g – Ghee
  • 10g – Cardamom powder

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Kaju pak.
  2. Grind the cashew nuts resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook together water and sugar to make a syrup.
  4. After cooking syrup burn 40 g water. Then keep it a side for 2 minutes to cool.
  5. Then add grinded nuts into syrup mix well. Keep it till it reach at room temperature.
  6. Grease an aluminium tray. Pour into the greased tray and spread 2 cm evenly.
  7. Cut into piece & serve.
