  • 400g – Besan
  • 400g – Bhakhri flour
  • – Curd
  • 100g – Sesame seed
  • 60g – Oil
  • 50g – Chilly & ginger paste
  • 50g – Salt
  • 70g – Sugar
  • 10g – Garam masala
  • 6g – Soda
FOR TEMPERING Methi Muthiya Dhokla
  • 20g – Mustard seed
  • 20g – Sesame seed
  • 80g – Oil
  • 6g – Turmeric powder
  • 5g – Garam masala
  • 5g – Salt
  • 10g – Sugar

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Methi Muthiya Dhokla.
