Ingredients

  • 10pic – Medium size karela
FOR karela Masala
  • 80g – Oil
  • 100g – Besan
  • 50g – Ground nuts
  • 50g – Sesame seed (tal)
  • 10g – Salt
  • 25g – Sugar
  • 4g – Chilly powder
  • 2g – Turmeric powder

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Masala Bitter Melon(karela) .
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add besan saute till goldis.
  4. Then add grinded ground nut & sesame seed.
  5. Then off the flame & add dry ingredients.
  6. Then add lemon juice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Cut karela from center take out seeds.
  9. Then fill masala.
  10. Fill all karela.
  11. In a cooker add water, keep sieving net then keep karela.
  12. Check whether it is cooked then take out.
  13. Serve hot.
