  • 500g – Rice
  • 500g – Spinach (palak)
  • 1ltr – Water
  • 10g – Chilly paste
  • 10g – Ginger paste
  • 3pic – Cardamom
  • 35g – Salt
  • 10g – Cumin seed
  • 3g – Turmeric powder
  • 5g – Garam masala
  • 5g – Sambhar powder
  • 5g – Chilly powder
  • 1g – Cloves
  • 2g – Cardamon
  • 2pic – Bay leaves (tamal patra)
OPTIONAL
  • 250g – Paneer

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Palak Paneer Rice.
