Ingredients

  • 1kg – Wheat flour
  • 30g – Salt
  • 30g – Seasame seed (tal)
  • 30g – Sugar
  • 10g – Turmeric powder
  • 15g – Chilly powder
  • 150g – Oil
  • 10g – Garam masala
  • 15g – Kasoori methi
  •  Water

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Thepla.
  2. Mix all ingredients except water.
  3. Mix water.
  4.  Make smooth dough.
  5. Make balls (not shown all).
  6. Roll on rolling plate.
  7. Fry thrice with some oil.
  8. Serve hot.
