Butter Naan (Homemade)

Ingredients

  • 1500g – All purpose flour
  • 250g – Curd
  • 800g – Milk or as required
  • 150g – Oil
  • 30g – Salt
  • 45g – Sugar
  • 15g – Dry yeast
  • 5g – Soda
note:-
  1. Don’t use non-stick pan.

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Butter Naan (Homemade).
  2. Mix salt, yeast, sugar & soda.
  3. Mix curd, milk & oil.
  4. Make smooth dough. Apply oil on outer layer of dough.
  5. Cover it with cloth. 
  6. Check whether it is bloated otherwise cover cloth & keep it for sometime.
  7. Make smooth dough. At side keep tavdi on gas on law flame.
  8. Roll a ball on rolling board/plate.
  9. Add 2-3 drop of water on & keep that side down towards tavdi.
  10. Then on high flame keep tavdi upside down as shown in photo.
  11. Then apply butter/ghee.
  12. Serve.
