  • 400g – Carrot
  • 350g – Capsicum
  • 1250g – Tomato
  • 500g – Grinded coconut
  • 500g – Water for grinding coconut
  • 60g – Sambhar masala
  • 60g – Salt
  • 3g – Turmeric powder
  • 250g – Water
  • 150g – Oil
  • 10g – Garam masala
FOR TEMPERING paneer bhuji
  • 200g – Oil
  • 10g – Dry red chilly
  • 5g – Cinamon (taj)
  • 5pic – Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 1g – Star anise (badiya)
