Ingredients

  • 500g – Wheat flour bhajiya ka atta
  • 600g – Vegetables
  • – Water or as required

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Wheat Flour Bhajiya.
  2. Mix all ingredients and mix well. At side keep oil for fry.
  3. Now drop the bhajiya mixture, making balls into hot oil.
  4. Fry till light golden & crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
