Ingredients

  • 500g – Ajwain leaves
  • Bhajiya ka atta
  • Water

Procedure

  1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready for the Turai Bhajiya.
  2. Mix bhajiya ka atta & water and mix well. At side keep oil for fry.
  3. Cover turai chips properly with mixture.
  4. Then keep that leaves in hot oil to fry.
  5. Fry till light golden crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
